All concierge services offered through membership are considered non-covered medical services, and are typically not covered by insurance (with very few exceptions). As a patient, you can expect a blend of a traditional insurance-based medical practice with modern approach to healthcare. The goal is to provide you with exceptional & personalized care, making sure that all of your primary care needs are met without exception. Whether you require preventive care, management of chronic conditions, or annual wellness services, Dr. Passantino is there to support you at every stage of your healthcare journey!
Annual Wellness Visits
Never feel rushed during your annual wellness visit. Dr. Passantino provides extended time slots for annual wellness visits, assuring all details regarding your health are reviewed and that you are up to date on your screening needs for the year.
Acute Care Visits
As a doctor that concentrates on quality-based care, you will never have trouble getting in to see your doctor for an acute care visit. Dr. Passantino is available for same-day appointments and walk-ins (if available).
Chronic Disease Management
While still following evidence-based medicine, Dr. Passantino believes in managing chronic conditions as conservatively and holistically as possible to promote longterm health and to avoid polypharmacy.
Telehealth
Although we love seeing our patients in person, we get that it can sometimes be difficult to get to the office in a pinch. Schedule a Telehealth visit during available time slots to have any acute concerns addressed that do not require in-office attention.
Concierge Membership & Offered Services
If you would like to extend your time and access with Dr. Passantino, you may sign up for his concierge medical services. This is also great for patients that prefer direct and immediate access to their doctor or for those that may not have the time to get to the office for their healthcare needs.
Convenient Home Visits
Getting to the office for annual and follow up care can become a burden, and often turns into an inconvenient all-day affair. Instead, have your doctor come to you for all of your acute and chronic healthcare needs.
Home Blood Draws
We will come to you for blood work. Schedule a time that is convenient for you, and we'll do the rest. On the scheduled day, we will collect your labs and deliver them to Quest or Labcorp. You may follow up your results online through your patient portal or directly with your doctor.
Unlimited Time & Access
Traditionally practices are great, and may be all you need for exceptional care. But if you feel you need the extra time and access, becoming a member of our concierge service is whaat you're looking for! You will have direct and immediate access to your doctor no matter the time or day.
Discounted Service
You will receive discounted pricing for services that are not covered by insurance. Examples include IV infusions, PRP injecitons, Botox, etc.
